We currently deliver in greater Johannesburg.
For any other areas please contact us as extra delivery fees may apply.
Monday to Thursday order before 12pm and receive same day delivery between 3-5pm.
Friday order before 11am and receive same day delivery before 3pm.
Please note no deliveries on public holidays or Jewish Holidays.
Our Story
Our story begins with two sisters, Pam and Hayley, who with some serious motivation, and a lot of love for quality and tasty fish from around the world, realized that it was incredibly difficult to purchase A grade restaurant quality fish for home delivery.
So, during the Covid pandemic over a glass of wine, The Fish & Food Co. was born. It is so easy to order. Select your products from the fish shop, buy online and we’ll deliver to your door. It's that simple!
Our fish is responsibly sourced and is portioned to make it easier for meal planning.
