The Fish & Food Co. began in 2020 with two sisters, Pam and Hayley, a shared love for really good food, and a simple frustration — it was far too hard to find A-grade, kosher certified, restaurant-quality fish delivered to your home.

During the Covid pandemic, over a glass of wine and plenty of motivation, an idea turned into a business.

In 2021, Ruth joined the journey, and together the three of us have worked hands-on to grow The Fish & Food Co. into what it is today. We’re a small, passionate, women-led team, each playing an active role in the business:Ruth keeps everything running smoothly, managing operations and finances,Hayley brings the creativity through marketing and product development, and Pam looks after administration and finances.

We’ve made ordering simple — browse our online fish shop, choose your favourites, and we’ll deliver straight to your door.

All our products are kosher certified and handled in accordance with kosher requirements. Our fish is responsibly sourced and thoughtfully portioned to make meal planning easy as well as flash frozen to lock in freshness and flavour.
