How long can I keep the fish in the freezer?

Our fish can be stored at -18°C for up to 12 months. For best quality, we recommend enjoying it within 3–6 months.

How should I store my fish?

Keep products frozen at -18°C or below until ready to use.

Once thawed, products should not be refrozen.

How do I thaw the fish?

For best results:
• Thaw overnight in the fridge
• Or thaw under cold running water
• Avoid warm water or microwaving

Can I refreeze the fish once thawed?

We do not recommend refreezing fish once it has been fully thawed.

Is your fish Kosher or Halal?

Many of our products are certified Kosher and/or Halal. Certification details can be found on individual product pages or by contacting us directly.

Where is your fish sourced from?

We source from trusted local and international suppliers, including Norwegian salmon, to ensure consistent premium quality.

Do you sell fresh fish?

We specialise in premium flash-frozen fish. Flash freezing locks in freshness at its peak and often results in a better-quality product than fish that has spent several days in transit.

Will my fish contain bones?

While every effort is made to remove bones, fish is a natural product and may occasionally contain bones.

How much fish should I order per person?

As a guide, we recommend approximately 180–220g per person for a main meal.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed and paid for before 12pm may qualify for same-day delivery within Johannesburg, subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.

We deliver Monday to Friday.

We do not generally deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Can I choose a delivery time?

You are welcome to request a preferred time and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

How is the fish delivered?

All products are delivered frozen.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

If we are unable to complete the delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-delivery attempt.

We currently operate as a delivery service and deliver directly to our customers across Johannesburg.
